Each year, the Portland Police Bureau sponsors “The Talent Within”, a talent show and scholarship competition named after Officer Mark Zylawy (“Z-Man”). This year, the D’Rivera Winds of BRAVO Cesar Chavez open up for the show, including a joint performance with Sgt. Jim Quackenbush, the piano-playing policeman. Please join us for this fundraiser for a good cause.
